When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number, the topic and the message you write. We do not collect medical records through this website. Appointment bookings are handled by our hospital management system provider (Healthray) under their own terms.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry — for example, to call you back about an appointment, treatment or Ayushman / insurance query. We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored on the hospital's own secured server, accessible only to authorised staff with individual logins. We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months unless it becomes part of your treatment record.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@tulsimemorialhospital.com or calling +91 94736 41407.

Third-party services

This website shows an embedded Google Map and links to Facebook, WhatsApp and Healthray. These services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We store only your language choice in your browser.
